So many things have been happening with my business. I am in real estate and the market is a buyers market meaning we have so many properties for sale, just an abundance of properties but the last two properties I sold, sold for above market price. One of these properties even appraised for $20,000 less and the buyer said I am paying the full price that we agreed upon.

I also have a website that has been, you know, sitting in cyber-space for a while. Its a marketing website but I haven't been doing anything for it. I am currently in my first Theater. I was hopeful but had some doubt. Since day 1 I have been waking up at 6am. This is highly unusual for me. I no longer have an alarm clock in the bedroom. I don't think I've ever been without one all my adult life.

2 days after I started I went to Vietnam (3 hour time difference) and I was waking up at 3am. After a few days and me focusing on local time before I went to bed seemed to resolve this and things are back to me waking up at 6am back here in Melbourne.

When I first started with PATHS in January, I started with the Business Productivity module. In the six weeks or so I was on that module, I was getting new business, but for the most part they were very tiny ads. I started the Successful Living series exactly one month ago with Phase 1.

My last three deadlines have been record-breaking! We have sales goals for each publication. My percentage to goal has been 111%, 163%, and 210% for the last three magazines I deadlined! This past week, I received two large ads from a healthcare facility in New Hampshire that no one, including myself, even knew existed!
